Order communication skills -training to your company!

Having worked already for a long time training leaders in different companies, we have realized how people leading others appreciate learning communication skills. We have now established a new company, Valmennustalo Virta Oy, which organizes longer leadership trainings.

Our new study program supports leaders’ needs effectively by offering tools to lead people according to company’s aims, to build functioning groups and to manage changes successfully. This training suits well to leaders, who want to actively develop more and more open and human working environment. It suits you, who want to lead with more self-awareness and strength using also creativity and innovation – respecting yourself and others.

We organize also international trainings, even though our public trainings are mostly in Finnish.
